Is it necessary for the resident or homeowner to be home during a standard cleaning? No, we understand that many people have busy schedules! For your convenience, we can come in and clean whether you are there or not. Do you offer “green” cleaning for standard cleaning services? Our green cleaning solutions are available for an additional fee. However, the cleaning chemicals included in our standard cleaning are not particularly harsh. They are comparable to Fabuloso or other store-bought brands. We can also use your cleaning supplies, if that is what you prefer. What if I need to cancel a cleaning? As stated in our appointment confirmations, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, there will be a $40 fee. Do you always send a team of house cleaners for a standard cleaning, or can I expect one person? We always send teams to do regular cleanings. To ensure the safety of our staff, they are never alone at a location. Teams typically include two to three people. Do you background check your house cleaners? Yes, we do thorough background checks on all our workers to protect our customers and employees.
